RETURN & REFUND POLICY 

As all of our products are made to order, they are not subject to exchange or return. 

Claims for Manufacturing Defects 

In the event of a manufacturing defect, the customer must submit a written claim within 14 days of receiving the product by email to info@unishopclothing. 
Our liability in relation to consumer claims regarding manufacturing defects is strictly limited to the cancellation of the purchase and the refund of the purchase price. Shipping costs and any additional charges related to delivery will not be refunded.
